My last switch experienced occasional, momentary signal dropouts, but this one seems to be rock steady. I'm so glad I replaced my old unit.

I use this to switch my peripherals from my gaming PC and my work PC. When gaming, I don't notice any additional input lag, it feels the same as it did before.

When I finish working, and want to play some games, I just need to turn off the company's computer or press the device button to switch the keyboard and mouse to my personal computer! I really liked it that I got a second one for my wife's setup!

I'm sure there is some added input lag, as any device like this would add some, but it's small enough where you most likely wouldn't notice.
